This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all transportation services provided by Yankov GmbH (“we”, “us”, “our”) under the brand TripTransfer.
By booking a service with TripTransfer, you agree to the terms set out in this policy.
Customers may cancel their booking free of charge provided that the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If a cancellation is made in accordance with this timeframe, the customer is entitled to a full refund of the amount paid for the booking.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled departure time are not eligible for a refund.
If the customer does not show up at the agreed pickup time and location (“no-show”), the booking will be treated as a late cancellation and no refund will be issued.
This policy is necessary because vehicles and drivers are reserved in advance and cannot be reassigned at short notice.

The time of cancellation is determined by the time we receive your cancellation request.
Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method that was used for the original booking, unless otherwise agreed.

Any transaction or bank fees charged by third parties may not be refundable
If a service is cancelled by TripTransfer due to operational reasons, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond your control, you will be entitled to a full refund or, where possible, an alternative service.
In exceptional cases (e.g. force majeure, severe weather, road closures, or other extraordinary events), refunds or alternative arrangements will be assessed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable law.
