Zero Tolerance Intoxicating Substance Policy

1. Policy Statement

Yankov GmbH (“Yankov”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), operating under the brand TripTransfer, is committed to ensuring the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and reliability for all passengers.

To protect passengers, drivers, and the public, Yankov GmbH applies a strict zero tolerance policy regarding the use of alcohol, drugs, or any other intoxicating or impairing substances by drivers while providing transportation services.

Compliance with this policy is a mandatory condition for all drivers providing services to TripTransfer customers.


2. Scope and Application

This policy applies to all drivers who provide transportation services arranged, booked, or facilitated by Yankov GmbH through the TripTransfer platform or related services.

Drivers must at all times:

  • Comply with all applicable road traffic laws and regulations

  • Be fit to drive and capable of operating a vehicle safely

  • Refrain from using or being under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other substances that may impair driving ability


3. Zero Tolerance Rule

Yankov GmbH maintains a zero tolerance approach to impaired driving.

Drivers are strictly prohibited from:

  • Driving while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other intoxicating substances

  • Being in possession of open containers of alcohol or illegal substances while providing services

  • Providing services while in any physical or mental state that may impair safe driving

Any suspected breach of this policy may result in immediate suspension of access to the TripTransfer platform pending investigation. If a violation is confirmed, the driver’s cooperation with Yankov GmbH will be terminated permanently.


4. Reporting Suspected Impaired Driving

Passengers and third parties are encouraged to report any concerns regarding driver safety.

A report may include, without limitation:

  • The driver appearing to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs

  • The vehicle smelling of alcohol or drugs

  • Unsafe or erratic driving behaviour

  • Any other conduct suggesting impairment

If you believe there is an immediate risk to safety, you should contact local emergency services without delay.

Passengers should, where possible and safe to do so, request that the trip be ended immediately.


5. Investigation Procedure

Upon receipt of a report that reasonably indicates possible impaired driving, Yankov GmbH may temporarily suspend the driver’s access to the TripTransfer platform while an internal review is conducted.

The investigation may include, where appropriate:

  • Review of customer reports and statements

  • Review of trip, booking, and vehicle-related data

  • Review of any available reports from competent authorities

  • Assessment of any other relevant evidence

If the investigation establishes that this policy has been breached, the driver will be permanently excluded from providing services through TripTransfer.


6. False or Abusive Reports

Yankov GmbH takes the integrity of the reporting process seriously.

All reports are reviewed for credibility and potential misuse. Reports that are found to be intentionally false, misleading, or abusive will not affect a driver’s status. Users who submit such reports may be subject to appropriate measures, including restriction or termination of access to TripTransfer services.
