If you wish, continue with the First Cable Car. At the top, the First Cliff Walk awaits — a dramatic metal path along the cliff edge, ending in a glass platform suspended above the valley, with views toward Wetterhorn, Schreckhorn and the Eiger. Back in the village, relax on an open terrace and enjoy lunch surrounded by fresh alpine air, cowbells in the distance, and complete mountain calm.

From Grindelwald, the road descends through forest into the Lauterbrunnen Valley — one of the most iconic landscapes in Switzerland. Towering cliffs rise on both sides while waterfalls fall like ribbons of light. The highlight is Staubbach Falls, dropping nearly 300 meters beside the village church — a view that feels almost unreal.

Before continuing higher into the mountains, stop at Trümmelbach Falls — a series of ten powerful waterfalls hidden inside the mountain. Accessible via tunnel lift and walkways, the falls reveal the raw force of glacial water flowing through the Jungfrau massif. Your journey continues with a cable car ascent to Mürren — a peaceful, car-free village suspended high above the valley. From there, continue to Piz Gloria on the Schilthorn peak. At 2,970 meters, you’ll experience a full 360° panorama of over 200 alpine peaks, including the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau.
