Montreux to Zermatt – Gateway to the Matterhorn

Here, the Leisee Lake perfectly mirrors the Matterhorn’s triangular peak, making it a favorite photo spot. Those seeking greater heights can continue with the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise cable car — Europe’s highest station at 3,883 meters — where visitors can explore the Glacier Palace, an ice cave sculpted into the glacier itself.
